Vocals are a bit low in the mix and unintelligible in the first half of the song to the point where I'm not even sure what the language it is because they are so saturated with the vocal effects you are using. Do you want them to be heard or are they word sounds? I'd strip everything off them effect wise at this point then rebuild them concentrating on getting some clarity in the lyrics. I know some of the fidelity is lost from the compression to MP3 but there just seems to be a lack of clarity and fidelity of any kind on them.

I'd listen to a few of his mixes and see how he handles things for reference.

At first, I found the drums to be too load but then en the distorted guitars starts the drums seems more balanced but the guitars are too loud.
The whole mix seems over compressed and like Dogs said, the vocals needs to be more up front.

I think its because the singer is not from an english country.
this is the best performance that we had so I just worked with it.
My hands are kinda tied in that area coz ive tried it without effects but its still the same :)

Tell us about the FX chain on the vocals -- what's going on there in the verses and the choruses?

For the main vocals its gate eq compressor then multicomp for sibiance control around 3-8k range compression. Then reverb. For the backing vocals during verses its same as above with an additional flanger.
