I'm using PT LE right now and I have a very stable system. The only reason I have to forget PT and go for DP or Logic is horsepower to mix... DP is dual processor ready and logic is altivec ready... ohhh, I forgot about the track count on PT LE :) .
But I do love the stability and editing on PT. So far, I couldn't find out how to do some serious editing on DP 3 or logic... I mean... serious, FAST editing.
I use those for AUDIO only, almost no MIDI at all.
Can you guys comment/suggest my post?

Thanks for your reply Dedric. I totally agree with what you said. Let's say I have 100 hours of experience w/ PT, I should have 15 hours w/ Logic and 30 w/ DP 3. I found Logic very complicated and both Logic and DP miss some small details that PT has and makes your life much, much easier. Is there a Nuendo version out already? Thanks again!

Personally, I don't think Logic is as elegant for editing audio as some other systems (I use Paris for audio, and Logic for midi), but it can be powerful once you learn it, and certainly is about the most powerful for midi.
If you are going audio only, there are probably easier solutions than Logic. Another option is Nuendo. Some say the editing is easier than PT and more full-featured - multi-level undo seems like a REALLY big plus. It is also multiprocessor ready, IIRC. The users I've talked to say Nuendo sounds very very good, but I don't have experience with it to compare to PT LE, Logic or DP.
