Is there any other power supply that you can get that will work for an Alesis HR 16 drum machine...HELP!

Even if you don't want to buy one from them, they give you the requirements for finding a replacement.

i have an hr-16.it's a 9 volts AC adapter.these are fairly commo

i have an hr-16.it's a 9 volts AC adapter.these are fairly common, don't get it mixed up with 9 volts DC.
the + or - doesn't matter because it is an AC output.
