Thanks for the reply but believe or not i figured it out.1 download the lastest driver from the yamaha site.2 make sure you select the correct midi in and out ports in the preference tab.Last but not least hit the total recall to sync the console with computer.z :)

Latest drivers, yeah, they usually help.
