Hi, I have 2 question...please help me clear.
1) I'm using Mac G5 1.8 and I planing to get Pro Tool LE soon. but I still wondering about 002 and 002rack+command8. which one I suppose to get in this time? which set is the best way to purchase? I want to do filmsound. please give me a suggestion.
2) If I get 002. it's mean I can use 002 like a stand alone mixer, right? but If I get 002r+command8. It mean I have to get anolog mixer, right? Which anolog mixer you think it's interesting for now?

The Command 8 doesn't act like a standalone mixer, it's a control surface.
The 002 can act as a standalone.
You won't necessarily need an outboard analog mixer with either setup as Pro Tools LE has it's automated software mixer, unless of course you want to mix externally.
So no, you don't need to get an analog mixer.
I think from memory that: 002R + Command 8 = $AU4000
002 = $AU4000
