hey all, it's me again, that demo is going well so far, anybody here into CD dupl. for a good rate? if so what is your rate? I'm thinking anywhere from 300-500 copies, also album art, anybody?

oh yeah these are just demos that will mostly just be tossed out to the crowds at larger shows lol it sounds like a waste of money but I've had better luck using this form of marketing than selling outright at first my CD sales usually go up 20-40% and I get better fan response like this and besides it's just fun throwing the damn things out into the crowd at gigs lol - especially if there is an annoying twip yelling obsenities about our music :D

Look in the back of Mix or Pro Sound News or do a quick search on the WWW. There are TONS of places doing good duplication for a reasonable price. Or contact someone on this web board who is into duplication.

The biggest problem is you are at a price point that you have too few CDs for replication and are just about right for duplication. The trick is to find someone locally so you can approve art work and make sure the CD is to your liking. CDs are heavy and you don't want to have to send them back and forth if something is wrong.
