I was looking on the Gigabyte website for motherboards and there was two categories for motherboards with intel 865 chipsets. What is the difference between Intel865G/ICH5 and Intel865PE/ICH5 chipsets.

The basica difference is that the G(which stands for Graphics) has an onboard Intel graphics video output onboard...not usually recommended to be honest! They're ok, but not too reliable.
