I'm sure many of you fine guitarists have used the Jamman or other looping pedal. I'm even confident that several of you have tips and tricks that we need to hear about! Here's my specific question - how the heck do you keep a tempo live? I mean, even if the drummer and vocals can hear your guitar, traditionally, they don't follow you, the guitar follows the rythm or voice. The Jamman has the cheesy "click track" but no separate output for it... which means if you want the click for tempo, it's blaring into the same mic as your amp.

So, if anyone can offer some "using a looper pedal live" advice (and all other looping advice), I think there are many who would benefit.

Thanks

Or, perhaps I was wrong (welllll, anyway, I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken about that). Either no one uses a looping guitar pedal or no one knows how to use their looper. No problem. I enjoy a challenge.

Now, back to more RO reading!

Wishing a Nordic-cornflake-faced-death-metal good day to you all!
