Hello dudes, lately I've been reading some stuff about mixing and the frecuency space that is needed for each element to breath correctly (bass, drum, vocals, etc) in the mix, and I wonder if that frecuency space is measure by ear and intuition or there's some frecuency meter that let me know if there are instrument frecuency fighting to get their proper space in the mix, I guess this might take intuition first, but not sure about that, what do you think?

as for the meter, its called fast fourier transfomer FFT.
Usally shown in Bode plot with frequency on the X axis and amplitute on the Y axis.
Several companies make them. Most DAWS come with them built in.
