I am usually a no frills guy when it comes to vocals, I just like GOOD vocals.

However I am getting into a lot of work with people who want WEIRD Marylin Manson-ish vocals.

My first thought is the Eventide Harmonizer, but I do not have access to one anymore, and as much as I would like to have one, they are still pricey, or at least all the ones I have seen.

I am sure that there have been a million different advances on those weird fx type machienes over the years, maybe something even cooler, any ideas?

I have been content with my Renasance Reverb, ReverbOne and Z-Room reverbs in Pro Tools, but also having a great outboard reverb would be nice, but not essential. forgive the horrible spelling, as it is not my forte. :)

There is no better, more flexable, more creative, more wild, more inspiring, or offers a more vast variety of both effects, and dynamics/filters/DSP tools presets included as a standard feature in any multi-effects standalone unit than those that are made by Eventide. Which is only a few reasons why I own three of them...

I own an Eventide Orville. It is incredible. Lush, rich, complex, fat, analog sounding in the best way.

I use a Manley VoxBox and an Eventide Orville for most of my tracking and effecting. The Manley is the best analog processor on the market and the Eventide is the best digital effects unit on the market. What a match! I use ProTools to record to but the Orville is like having 300 rock solid reliableplug-insin a single 2u unit.

Still the best digital processor out there by a mile.
