Okay so these 3 cards are in my budget. Any opinions? I will be using them in a PC to record 1 or 2 track voice (spoken word) recording. Using Sound Forge software.

M-audio or Mia would be my choice..preforably any audio card that has the converters OUTSIDE The box...the Mia card has the converters on the card which is housed on the PCI bus which is typically a bad move..converters dont belong inside the PC..so if the unit has a breakout box that would be the way to go
