i purchased a M-600 console with lots of extras that came with a running MegaMix 32channel VCA system inluding a Mac IIfx. i use Nuendo and its automation of course for mixdown.

would the MegaMix be practical for tracking situations, ie. mute scenes and fader levels for long sessions with several songs and/or I/O settings. understand that i have a Nuendo desk behind my M-600, just roll around in my chair. i use Nuendo DAW desk for recording, editing, processing, mixdown and mastering. the M-600 is JUST for tracking, ie. a frond-end for 2nd and 3rd string mic preamps and sig routing and cues.

any comments very welcome. its like, i have the MegaMix; throw it away or use it?
