Hi all, a new guy here..been reading a lot of forums trying to decide which way to go..stand alone or computer based..whats new huh? Just wondering if anybody has used the mixer interface like roland studio or the event EZbus.. are they anygood or is a good card like Delta or MOTU a better option.. thanks..see how polite I am?

I use the tascam US428 as my mixer interface and love it,
I think you can do a generic remote in Neundo and use a Roland VS unit but I'm not sure. Most software has a learn feature that you can turn on to set anything to be a controller. Most anything that is.
Depends on what you need to get done and anything other factors to your needs for a DAW system.
What are you plugging it into?
