Hey, I'm new to these forums, and they are pretty awesome for producers...I have a question, and it may be a shot in the dark, but I'll say it anyway...I use FL studio 5 producer and I have been looking for one special synth for my trance and Hardcore anthems...I can't seem to find them...

These are some examples of the synth i'm looking for...Listen to the anthem...I think its a WASP synth of some sort...but I can't tweak out any wasp synth to make if sounds like these at all... If anyone can help or know or think they might know what type of synth this is, that would be awesome! Thanks for the help.

however, if price is an issue, check out the Robert Papen "Albino" soft synth, for the bucks its awesome.
Also, the new junoD from Roland (which is basicaly an RS50) has some kool trance/techno sounds.
Also be aware that sometimes what may sound like 1 synth could be 2 or 3 sounds layered, not uncomon.
propellerheads reason has some cool trance/techno patches for their NN19 and NNXT samplers, ( they dont come with the original sound bank disc but are free from their site), also the ZEROG "wired" cd is cool for trance/techno, which is available for reason and in other formats.

I have just upgraded to HD and got a plug pack

it is lots of fun to open up another Virus plug when you need another sound.
One Virus hardware (Classic) is great
but

Emu did issue some techono/trance devices some years ago and I guess some of those modules would do fine too. You could ask this question over at http:electro-music…
