Welcome to the wonderful world of crossfading. No matter what audio software you are using you will have a crossfade function. Read in your manual about crossfades.

thats weird, i hardly have that problem. only sometimes with bass when the note extends too far into the next measure, or rarely when no matter how well its done it always clicks.

just tighten up yoru recording and look at the wave forms. you might have to bring the first one back a little into the one in front of it.
