I've been running Waves plugins on Cubase SX on my PC for months without any problems.

I recently got another monitor and a new graphics card so I could run two screens at once. All the drivers are installed properly and the screens work fine.

The only thing which doesn't work is Waves. The display on the plugins just doesn't react to the mouse. It looks right, and the plugins work, they do their job if I set them to a preset, but I can't move any of the dials or sliders properly. They just jam up. All my other plugins, including ones which use more CPU, work just fine. Waves also has the same problem in FL Studio.

I tried lots of different settings on the screens, and even took one out and just used a single screen, but the same happened.

I took out the graphics card, did a system restore, and put my old card back in, and it works absolutely fine.

Any ideas? Or is it just a case of returning the graphics card and trying a new one?

Hope someone can help.
