would like to record specific audio for the following scenario. I have a piece of equipment that rotates a drum via an electric motor. The drum contains food product that is heated by air entering the drum. The food inside the drum cracks very lightly when it is fully cooked. The problem is that the cracks are audible, but barely.

Hi I am using magix music maker, a fast track mbox, and a Shure microphone on my laptop. I recorded in stereo and I can only get playback on the left side. I then recorded in mono and will only get playback in the left side. Completely puzzled tried just about everything can only get it to record on the left side. Any cheap programs I can get so I that I will not run into this problem?

Yesterday I got a huge micstand from superlux, the ms200. I mainly got this since I don't get normal stands to where I want the overheads when recording drums and to get more distance between drums and mics to gain more space to the drums.

I need advise on what kind of Equipment is needed on each end to Use Fiber Optic Cables for Studio Circuits. I have some 144 Count Single Mode Fiber that I am going to terminate for a Friend that has a Studio. From Building To Building.
Any Of You Have any Experience with SM Fiber in this application ?
