The artist is kingsley. Whats Unique about kingsley is that he doesn't write his lyrics down on paper... His theory is that the lyrics are already there... the song is already made... it just about being in the present and letting the words come to you... But he's extremely clever with his word choice...

So I have an entry in the 2012 KVR Dev Challenge. Some people here might be familiar with my Nebula work, and this entry uses that tech in a standalone form known as AcqUA (so you don't need Nebula). It's my first non-Nebula dependent anything, and when I actually first entered it into the contest there were several bugs, but I just uploaded an update that I think has ironed them out.

I just started mixing this guitar intro for a song I'm working on. I recorded this on my PreSonus Firepod, with a Neumann TLM 103 on the guitar itself, and a Blue Spark mic on the amp in another room. I'm pretty new to mixing and I don't really know where to go from here, I'd love to get some pointers on how to make it sound better, richer, and clearer.

Hey ya'll, so i've been recording music for the last 7 years; and i'm still frustrated trying to get that mix to sound "professional"; i honestly dont know what i'm suppose to be looking for when mixing down certain pieces of a song, i just figure whatever sounds "good". :||||

so, here's the question:
how do you know what sounds good?

i've been using space designer for a few years, and really like it. how does everyone else feel about it? is there a reason to shell out the big bucks for something like altiverb?

maybe i just like it because i've never really gotten to use anything better

I'm using Behringer x2442usb and Studio One DAW.

I can't seem to record an audio track through the mixer adn monitor the previously recorded tracks at the same time.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Okey guys, a dude called me last week and wanted to record 20 song clips for himself as a troubadour. He wanted the sound to be as alike as his live performance for the audiance trough his pa system. So we did a live recording in about 2x45minutes.
