M-Powered Pro Tools and Project Mix?

This is more of a simple question. Will the M-Audio Project mix act as a dongle for M-Powered Protools. Personally I would still be using Cubase as my primary DAW.

Need help installing Wavescertification bundle

I downloaded and installed the certification bundle, sent the licenses in WLC, and the plugins show up under applications->Waves->Waves plugins. However, in pro tools the plugins do not show up, and in logic, although in the AU manager it says all the plugins are successfully validated, they won't open. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
