Focusrite LiquidMix

Anyone know anything about this?
I'm guessing it's on the same theme as the Liquid Channel, which I've heard varying reviews about. Has anyone used or heard anything on this product?
I really don't think that it's all that expensive if it does what it says, considering most plugin bundles are a grand or more.

NI Bandstand and SONAR 6
Forums
Does anyone know how to set up NI Bandstand for multiple outputs in SONAR 6 ? The Bandstand User Manual says that this is possible, using Bandstand as a DXi soft synth, but for the life of me I cannot work out how to do it.

Physical Mods to mk219's
Forums
Just snagged a pair of them. Does anyone know what the REAL mods are used to get these to sound better? I've already ripped off the basket-grille and reduced the mesh to single-ply... Does anyone have that magazine issue laying around or anything? I went to Oktavamod.com but the owner wisely doesn't share his component-level secrets with the world.

battery 3 and cubase
Forums
OK, does anyone know how you route different cells in battery into cubase(4)?
i see that there's an output selection on the cell tab, but i can't figure out how to connect those to a different track/bus/insert whatever in cubase...
i've looked in the battery manual and all it says is the output channel is used to select a "logical output".

Forums
I just bought this thingy, except its not like all the ones i see online, the red and white 882is.
Its black and blue, and has basically the same knobs and lights and stuff, but its a 882, not a 882i.
Can anyone tell me what the differance is?

Can huge input levels harm VMP inputs?
Forums
Greets all,
I've got a VMP 2000e which I love and use every day. Sometimes I use the first ch to overdrive the 2nd ch, like with guitar, synth, etc.
What I'm wondering is: can extremely hot levels harm the inputs? My memory and experience is that they cannot be harmed by huge input levels but just want to be sure.
cheers

REAPER torture test: Pro Tools Engineers performance testing
Forums
*Hey, just thought you guys might wanna read this post from the REAPER site. I've seen a few tests lately, nothing like this though:
. ..
Ok, well, I'm a very long time PT user(LE and HD) and the other day MattP insisted I give REAPER a shot. I definitely tortured it all day today on my Quad Opteron rig. Pretty impressive.
Pro Tools compatible gear...
Forums
Hi, I'm going to upgrade and probably get Pro Tools LE and the Mbox2. However I record full bands. And obviously the Mbox doesn't have enough inputs to do that. I have an Alesis Multimix Firewire that I could use just to record, say, into another recording program and then exports the wav files into Pro Tools.
