the m audio projectmix is a relatively new unit that i just found out about. i'm wondering if anyone has any experience on it and could compare it to the digi 002. my guess is that with half the price tag, the onboard pre's and converters can't be nearly as good as those in the digi002. but i'd be curious to know.

Hello all. I have a fairly simple question. I need to record ReWire into Pro Tools. I can hear my Reason beats but I'm having trouble actually getting them to record. Does anyone have a good way to do it? Thank you.

I'm looking for a U67 or modern equivalent. If I can't find anything new that is comparable then I'll probably just go for the original. I have seen recommendations for the Korby 67M and the Soundelux U99. Neither of these microphones is a faithful representation as they have enhancements or modifications. The U99 reportedly sounds closer to an M269.

Im looking in to getting a C414 as I've had some experience w/ them and love them for drum overheads, vox, guitars, etc.

What is the difference in/between all the different models of the C414? I can't seem to figure it out. I have seen

Is there anyway to make the text larger in Logic 7? It's like it is using a text size of 7! This might be tolerable if I had 800x600 display but I don't and I feel like I need binoculars just to read what I'm typing. Please tell me that this can be changed. Thanks

Im having problems with the onyx firewire and cubase. . after installing everything when i hear playback it glitches and i hear little pops and then i squeals. .i tried adjusted the latency settings but it doesnt work...someone told me it was a digital clock problem but i even tried changing the sample frequency. the audio doesnt work in audio or traction correctly.

Currently my band is running yorkville AP 3400, and AP 4040. The 4040 is running the subs and the 3400 is running the mid/hi. We are looking to get a new amp and I was wondering what would be some recomandation. We are planning on swapping out the 3400 and using it as just a monitor amp and getting a new amp for the mid/hi. We are looking for a better sound from our mid/hi's.

i received Cubase LE (lowest version of Cubase) with the Alesis Multitrack 8 track i purchased a couple months back. i have to say, i really prefer it over Cakewalk Home Studio 2002 (which i also own), but that's just my personal opinion.
