I have a project that I need to get done quickly.

I am using Liquid Edition 6 for video and WaveLab for the sound.

Should I buy the Waves masters native bundle, or are there freeware programs that do a credible job.

I want to reach someone that can give me advice on pc recording software such as cubase, cakewalk etc.

Which has the better quality mixer? The Ashly LX-308B or the Behringer EURORACK PRO RX1602.

I have a question for you.

I mic my snare and toms with SM57's. then my guitar amps get mic'd with SM57's. I'm thinking I should start using D2's on my toms instead of 57's. Has anyone tried both? Which do you prefer?

anyone got one, used one?

On the Digidesign site, they were offering those free bomb factory plugins, I am running a 001 with 5.3.1 LE, on windows xp, and the plugins when installed never show up on my plugins list, can anyone help me out?

I am buying a new studio. I want to be able to record a live band all playing at the same time (about 12 mics). I want to be able to occassionally fix a tuning or timimg problem (for a singer's out of tune note or a drummers late snare hit). I want to do automated mix down. I will not be doing MIDI.
