My studio is finally in a position, with a small budget to start looking for a really nice (pres must be sweet!) 24 channel mixer, probably used.

The price range is 7-9,000.

I know there is E-bay, but some other references would be nice.

I wish Sonar had a way to delete plugins, put them into folders by category, etc. Is there something inherent in the nature of pluginsthat this cannot be done, or is it (potentially) done in the host organization? I note that the situation isn't any better in sound forge. Any insights?

As I write this, it is a beautiful Australian morning. Slight breeze coming in off the Ocean that stretches out here so far, so blue – less than 100 meters from where I type.

I do post production for TV with a Pro Tools Mix Plus system. I was wondering what pluginseveryone was using, what for, and how they were using them, i.e. settings, etc.

Did you get them in time? Have you experienced a delay? Did certain parts quit prior to receiving the codes?

What do you think of the whole issue?
