Does anybody know the difference between Equivalent Input Noise and Interchannel Crosstalk when it comes to preamps? I'm trying to pick on that has the lowest noise (i guess floor). My contenders are dmp3, vtb-1 and dbx 386. Anybody got a clue to which one is the cleanest? Here is the dbx manual with specs at the end

I have heard Apogeestuff, sounds great to me.

I guess the Intel Prescott CPUs are about to be released. Does anyone know anything about them and what their advantage over the Northridge P4's besides the larger cache?

I have a pair of AT40-40 mics that I used on a live recording of a choir and heard a large amount of hi end noise. I went into the room and heard the pipe organ billows making noise.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would one rate this? And what function does it play in the audio chain?

I didn't know where to put this question exactly, but anyone ever purchased anything from bhphotovideo.com? They seem to have the best prices of anyone of the net for pro audio. Since they don't do exclusively audio, their selection is not as big as other stores. I'm just wondering how their customer service is when things go wrong? ARe they supportive?
