I'm learning a lot about Cubase SX and things are going well.

I recently created a song using the drum editor and went to mixdown to a CD and the drum editor track did not mix down. I'm using Reason and those MIDI tracks mixed down, so I don't understand what's going on.

I have read the manual and can't seem to find it in there.

Just interested in how people have delt with their rcas on the delta 1010lt. Looking for options and suggestions. I am going to need to hook-up about 8 mics and cant figure out how.

i got myself a second external compressor cause i dont like the 02R internals.

my first compressor is used only for my mic. so it's between mic and 02r...

I think it would be good if we where to create list of the basic steps that someone needed to accomplish in order to install and set up a Linux DAW. A Roadmap so to speak.

It's been a long time since my last post in this forum. I have been hanging around in some other corners of RO :-)

I'm satisfied with my pc, everything works, allmost no crashes anymore, so digitally speaking, everything is fine.

Now it's time to silence my pc a bit more.
It doesn't have to be noiseless, I just want it more silent.

Just wondering if anyone has use an AKG c422 mic. Is it worth it? Or, is it better to get 2- 414's?
I would use it for grand piano, drum overheads or live to 2 track.

I recently bought a studio-master series 4 mixer and i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this board. I'm using it for recording and I was wondering about using the inserts as outputs to tape. I have a problem though. When I use a quarter inch non-balanced cable, the levels are way to hot to tape. I was wondering if using a balanced quarter inch cable would take care of that.
