Patchbay 101
I know this is basic, but. . . Can anyone descibe exactly how to integrate an unbalanced source (ie., Keyboard or Sound Module) into an otherwise balanced TT patchbay? I'm getting a few buzzes here and there, and I'm not sure which connections to lift or at which end. Thanks.

Win2k and ACPI
I saw a thread on disabling acpi in win2k. It said to change to standard PC, I did this then lost my second CPU...
Is there a standard PC setting for Mulitple Cpu's?
I am running MPS multiprocessor now...is that bad? I still cant seem to Force IRQ settings, which is why I wanted to go "standard PC" in the first place.

Hammond H Series organ value
My Mom has a MINT condition Hammond H-Series console organ. She doesn't play it anymore so she's lookin' to sell it. This is from 1975!
She bought it brand new at a long since closed shop in LaSalle, IL. She used it to practice for weddings, funerals and church services. She was a fill-in when the regular organist wasn't available.

the digi 001
i have been using the digi 001 in my home project studio now for about 4 weeks and i can honestly say that i am totally impressed with its power to produce high quality demos. verbs, delays, compressors, eq's, and many more pluginsall at your finger tips in real time. i have been recording demos for a friend in orlando and the quality is great. just add a good condenser mic and some talent.

Additional Expenses
Hi. In a two weeks i'm going to be buying a digi 001 system (933mhz pIII; i already have the computer) and was wondering what are some of the additional expenses that come with such a system. Like plugins what pluginswill i need to buy? I mean i'm obviously going to need a decent reverb, eq, and compressor, but do these come bundled in with it?

Trident Series 70 and Trimix differences?
These two consoles appear to use the same input modules, are their signifigant sonic differences between the two designs?

Hard drive from PC to VS880
Hey Curve (or anyone else)
I've got a spare 6 gig hard drive that I've removed from my PC and would like to install it in my mate's VS880. It still contains some PC stuff. Will the VS format it like it is. or do I have to wipe it first? Also, is there anything else I need to know before I do this?
Thanks
Mark
