Hey everyone... so I'm trying to put some material together to start showing to the world... I write all of the songs for me, but the only reason why I would ever want to play out in public (stagefright) would be to get some of these california girls and possibly help to fund my existence.

Well, I've been putting it off for a long time, but I'm going to upgrade the interface this summer - maybe this week. My basic thought is the RME Fireface UFX. A few extra features that (I think) make it worth the price over the 800. For now, I'll be using it with PT9. I'll be connecting via ADAT to the Focusrite Octopre.

i know it can be done, but i cant find how to pan individual midi notes. I'm trying to pan some rythm sounds harder right or left than defautled(within the same keyboard layout). can somebody help? I'm using pt8. (everytime i search pan or panning it comes up with everything except what i need!). thanks!

I want to do some reamping to experiment with tones and mic placement on my tube amp.

I've read that one can't just come out of an output of a DAW, stuff a 1/4" jack into an amp and have it work well.

Hey guys quick question I had two way communication (Ability to monitor the live and computer mix at the same time.) going on my M-Audio Fast Track Ultra, my EuroDesk SX2442FX Mixer + A sh*tty live wire 4 channel head phone amp and I't worked great. Now I have added some new equipment A PreSonus Tube Preamplifier and a Behringer Power Play Pro XL Head Phone Amp.

So any way now down to my greatest concern of all. My brother in law just recently sent me a computer (DELL optiplex GX620)
