Why does my studio setup keep electricuting me?

So I've been trying to setup a studio in my new two story house. My upstairs is a large one room, loft like area that I want to use as my control room. There is a small door upstairs that leads to a uninsulated attic like storage space. In that space I drilled a doorknob sized hole in the floor. Directly below that hole is a closet to a bedroom downstairs.

How to build my new acoustic room ?

Hy everyone,
I recently bought Owens Corning oc703 acoustical panels (18 panels).
And i dont know how to make the panels (with wood frame or without), to cut them in half and put in the corners or just put them without cutting in the middle, where exactly to put them etc...
And also i bought burlap fabric which i heard is good for this type of panels.

Sharing My Acoustic Treatment Build from Cubicle Wall Insulation!

This story is crazy and long, so I'm going to summarize it. Seven years ago I was able to recover some Owens Corning 703 from four cubicle walls that were stashed in a basement at an old factory job. OC-703 is the bomb for broadband absorbers, as we all know, so you know I was thrilled when my boss said I could have them.

Air or Insulation in Walls

We're planning on building a house with a basement, to include a music room. I can’t "build a studio" as such, just hope to optimize construction for better isolation than what a basement would normally have. I won't be building a room within a room or anything that involved. I plan to present the builder with options for them to assess for cost and practicality. The diagram on p.
