Bass traps on a budget
I have know since I set up shop that the LF in my monitoring environment had some peaks. Not as bad as a bedroom, but definitely not smooth. (The monitors are B&W 801series III which can definitely reproduce 25Hz, and flat to boot.)

soundproofing
Hello to you all.
I wonder if I could get bit of advice from you. I'm thinking of soundproofing part of my homestudio where the computer and the rest of equipment are from the part where the mics are and I am thinking what would be the best solution for that. The space to use for that is very limited though.

dealing with pipes in the basement studio
alright...you guys have never failed me before with your acoustical abilities. So here is what I am dealing with. my project studio is in my basement. The isolation room - is all concrete but there are a few spots where pipes come through the concrete and there are spaces that allow sound to travel from the laundry room in to the iso room.

Basement studio update
Do you want to help me build up a studio? (I wanna steal your thougth!)
Rigth now i am thinking of building up a guitar rack, but i dont have a clue what to get, i currently have a pod xt live but it sounds like crap. should I run the rack system through the amp and then record with a mic or is the rack system just DI?

Going to build a booth.
Hey every1. After some long thought, and research, I have decided, to build my own, iso booth, for drum and vox recording. I want to build this, so, i can take it apart when i leave here.
I have a decent space, for my recording, but have lacked the ability to track drums. For now, i track them at a local studio, where, i know more about what is going on then they do.
