Been using the Audiophile 192 for home recording and wanted something external so I can take it around with a laptop as well. What's a good USB audio interface that's equivalent to the Audiophile 192 PCI card? Brand doesn't necessarily matter but looking for something around the same cost range of the Audiophile 192. Thanks!

I'm interested in recording guitar and I'd like to know what will give me better results out of the two options.
An audio interface that allows me to do this or connecting to a good quality sound card via something like a 6.5mm to 3.5mm jack.

Which is better and why?

Now i have a Behringer 1622fx mixer but i hear i need an interface for even better quality?What one shall i buy and how do i set it up? i must add I'm only recording vocals if that makes any difference

I will be recording a drum set (acoustic, of course) with 4-8 mics. But the problem is: how do I do that with a 2 channel audio interface? Any solutions? Is it really expensive?

I've been trying to record my guitar, and it sounds very buzzy. I've been reading a bunch of threads here and elsewhere and found that backing off on the gain can help, but I tried that (gain down to about 25% of max), but that didn't seem to help much.

Hey guys, I need some help choosing an interface to buy for recording a band.

I am looking for a Digital Audio Interface but I only have around $200 to spend on it right now. What would you say is good for my settup I have thus far?
