ATR2500 vs. blue yeti for a beginner mic

Hi guys. I'm new here and i'm looking for a good beginner mic. I am a music producer, sort of. I have a bunch of wannabe rappers at my school who want me to record them rapping and make a beat for them. I said why not, makes me money. I am also a singer, but I will also be recording electric and acoustic guitar. I also do some game commentary and pod-casting.

Beginner Setup

Hi all I'm new to the page. I would love some assistance with trying to figure out what i should get for equipment. Right now I'm just wanting to get gear to make beats and record some vocals. My plan is to get into school for sound engineering and production but i just found out I'm deploying so have to put that plan on hold till i get back.
