I am trying to track down a specific Flying Faders System. It was sold sometime in 2006 and may have been sold as a part of a custom 80 series Neve frame. The frame was customized to hold 48 1081s and had a custom monitor section designed by Steve Firlotte (Inward Connections) and Ian Gardener (Boutique Audio).

I address to engineers and technical experts: please, help to find schematics of Series 40 mixers with vertical indicators (what gathered in the USA in 80, from a brand Otari). I have found all schematics - 1280, Series 20, 30&34. But Series 40 schematics is not anywhere! I thank for any help!

Hello this is my first post, although it took several days reading a lot of knowledge that is written here.

Fortune has given me 20 channel strips Neve 8248 console. And it took several days looking for information to make a power supply and connect it to function as a mic preamp.

I'm a bit interested in the 32 channel Sound Workshop Series 34 consoles. Does anyone have any experience with these boards? I've heard good things about them so far and would like to know your opinions!

posting a couple threads here about gear for my future mastering studio. I have been looking at some options and would love to hear what people think and what your opinions are.

I was wondering if anyone on here has any experience in modifying a console's chassis/frame. Let's say swapping the black surround on a console for wood, or rewrapping it at least.

I am curious to know if any consoles (analog or digital) have a feature that allows the sound engineer to individually mute Auxiliary sends from the Aux Send level (not at the channel strip).
