Converting Pro Tools Sessions from Mac to PC

I'm moving my setup from my Mac to my PC. Im using the 001 and going from LE 5.2 to LE 6.4 on XP. Is there a way to convert my sessions so I can continue working with them?

I noticed in the upgrade manual it says you can save a session copy and for pc compatability, but i dont think 5.2 has that. any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Converting 16-bit to 24-bit

hello

I have some older sessions in 16-bit 44.1 kHz. i am going to re-track the vocals for the sessions using newer equipment which is capable of 24-bit up to 96 kHz.

Is there any benefit to converting the 16-bit audio into 24-bit and work in a new 24-bit session (44.1) for recording vocals?

or should i leave it in 16-bit, and record the vocals at 16-bit depth?

Problems with converting Ogg to Mp3

i have always had some problem with my pc where i can only encode to Ogg Vorbis using any program.
i record of the radio using the line in port on my sound card with a program called Audacity. I then try to encode into MP3 and i get 1sec files and can't fix it. So i just encoded to Ogg Vorbis and left it at that.

need help with converting audio files

i backed up some loop samples before I moved and I recently tried to upload them into my MPC and it said bad format(405). I put the CD into my computer and saw that I accidently burned it as a data CD and I can't seem to find the original. Do any of you know how to convert the files to an audio format that will work for me?
