Behringer BCF2000 and Cubase SX

Hello mates, today I bought a Behringer BCF2000 B-Control Fader to stop dealing with mouse and virtual knobs (I can't stand it), after instaling some driver I found it very hard just to set up the fades to the mixer of the cubase, I already set it on the Device set-up of the software, so Cubase recognized it, but i'm very lost in ALL the million things I have to do just to mix

Between Sonar or Cubase what would you choose and why?

This may have been discussed recently, however, I would like very current opinions on which software to go with today.

I'm adapting to PC and additional software other than PT which I've been using for 10 years on a Mac.

Cubase/Tascam/MOTU vs Pro Tools/Digidesign

Which do you choose?

I'm debating on working with Pro Tools and using a Digidesign C|24 as a control surface, and a 003 rack... Or going a cheaper route and using Cubase with a Tascam DM4800, and a MOTU interface

I have had a little more experience with cubase, a little easier for me to work with, but what do you guys think?
Is it that big of a difference?

PreSonus FP10 with Cubase LE 4 Issues

Hi

I recently purchased a PreSonus FP10 with Cubase LE4

I'm running it on a Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3

I'm able to hook up 2 SM57s and record my drums well. The moment I include an additional condenser mic I'm just not able to get to record the 3rd track. I've tried different combinations of ports and mics but just not able to get a recording.
