Hey everybody! I've never posted on here before so not real sure what to expect...

I work with Pro Tools constantly in school, but am having the biggest problem trying to get PT to recognize this interface. I have a Behringer X1204 USB Mixer/Interface. My question is, is this even compatible with PT? If so, how do I go about setting it up?

No idea of the cost of this but it looks very cool.

I can go new mb and pci card route but my HP laptop with USB 2.0 seems to run great with the i7 and 8 megs ram.

Have great preamps ..Grace and UA.

I really don't need preamps but seems most USB interfaces all include them. If I go that route I'd prob go the UCX.

Seems like what I need is an ADA with usb output.

New to all of this, so I am wondering if I could use these headphones without the need of a seperate headphone amp.

These headphones are the ones I have researched and am trying to decide which one to get for best flat, neutral sound in my price range.

So I'm looking at buying a 2in/2out USB mic audio interface with preamps around the 100 quid mark.

Recommendations please as there's SO many to choose from!

Hi all sound experts ! What is the difference between a medium budget interface and a "state of the art" interface ? Is the sound so enormous better in a Prism,Apollo, Lynx for ex.
If you compare these with MOTU .RME and others for about 1500 US dollar . I am a newbei with studio stuff so I bought my MOTU UltraLite mk3 Hybrid on recommendations .

I'm in need a professional interface with professional grade conversion, was wondering if the MOTU 24 i/o would do the trick or do I need
to spend the extra money on a Avid HD interface or an Apogee Symphony, to get a truly professional conversion quality?
Ill be using it with outboard high end preamps.
