Was wondering if any one could tell me a review of your experience with it.. is it with that price?

Not sure what forum this belongs on, but... What programs (XP) offer differant sounds to use with a midi/usb keyboard? And what are some of the better ones? Such as the sounds offered in Apple's Garageband, like Grand Pianos, Synths, strings, SFX, etc. Things that can be played with a midi/usb keyboard.

Hi I'm sorta new to recording and have been looking at buying a midi keyboard/controller. I have aquired reason and native and am also working on getting a few other programs(rewire refill Ableton etc)... anyway I have been trying to research midi keyboards/controllers but to be honest I don't know really know the difference between the boards or what is best for me.

is it possible to use a midi controller(keyboard) with 2 instrument tracks simultaneously in pro tools?
or maybe even more... 2 midi controller each connected to an own instrument track(also simultaneously)?

i have my motif es connected tru Mboxpro2 midi in and out but i dont know why when i record 4 midi tracks on Protools, the motif cant send back data to the 3 midi tracks i recorded? it only sends 1 channel and i tried to go to song or pattern mode to hear back all 4 channels of the motif it didnt work.

hey guys i have Pro Tools le 7 and i can record and playback only one midi instrument track in Pro Tools with my motif es connected tru midi to mbox2 pro, i was wondering if anybody knows how to record more than one midi track in one song, with motif to play back more than one midi instrument tracks at once in the song is this possible?

I've been using drumloops in all of my projects...not really happy with the quality..i was thinking of picking up a midi program like ez drummer or groove agent...are either of these programs worth the 2 bills they're askin. and how easy are they to use and program? any help would be app. thanx

I have a Yamaha MU-80 Tone generator. It contains the standard MIDI voices + xg and some preset proform voices.
I am trying to record a particular voice to PT LE MIDI track, and, of course, it is only recording the MIDI data. If the MU-80 is not on when playing the recorded tracks, it defaults to a paino voice.

How can I connect My MIDI Keyboard to my Mbox 2 Mini ?

It says in the getting started kit of my Mbox 2 Mini, that I can connect the MIDI Output of my MIDI Keyboard to the Mbox 2 mini. ? How? there seems to be no MIDI Input in the Mbox 2 Mini. Please help me... What cable do I need>?
