Bash my mix - More Than Rock n Roll. Hard rock-ish

Hi guys,
My band recently went back in my small studio for the first time in a year. It turns out that having babies takes out quite a chunk of you spare time...

This one is a straightforward rock/hard rock song. 2 guitars, bass, drums, female vocal. Called More Than Rock n Roll, and featuring banal and narcissitic lyrics.

record using my Focusrite 2i4 or Yamaha 01v96 mix consol

I whant to start some bass guitarr and some snare and kick samples, i dont have a studio but i have a fairly large rehearsal room with lots of mics most Shure57, my audio interface is a Focusrite 2i4, the rehearsal room have 2 mixing console 1 digital, Yamaha 01v96 and an analogic Behringermix console that i dont remmember the model,

Suicide is Painless ... hopefully my mix is also.

Hi! Been busy recording up a storm. I was just wondering if you guys and gals would take a listen to this mix when you get a chance. I am entering this into a competition.

I think there is a minor problem in there - but I don't want to say what I think it is. Maybe it's my playback system.

Please tell me your thoughts.

HoRNet TrackShaper, mix on autopilot with just one knob

Hi! We have released the new "HoRNet TrackShaper", a "mix on autopilot" utility for those who want to have good sounding tracks without spending hours tweaking plugins.

The TrackShaper is based on the HoRNet ChannelStrip MK2 technology and includes several specific algorithm for different sound sources like: kick drum, snare, acoustic instruments, guitars, etc.

Your Workflow from Final Mix to Final Product?

Hey guys, I'm in the final stages of producing my first Album. DAWS differ too widely to make that part specific (I'm using reason 6), but I'm concerned about screwing something up before I send my final product out to the copyright office, CDbaby, itunes, etc. I've listened to my mp3's on about everything I can find, from computer speakers to high-end audio systems.
