Well, the time has come. After spending time getting my wiring etc done, I have done a real time mix down of a song I recorded and mixed in my crappy room last April. I will preface this by saying, I know the vocals have some pitchy bits, I was just getting back into singing after the hiatus of 10 years from having Bells Palsey. I apologize in advance.

Red, of Mice and Men, memphis may fire, i see stars, Breaking benjamin etc..
Would like to hear what you guys think about the mix mostly, but also the song.

1 or 2 songs for each styles of music.
I'm not searching for the most catchy or popular songs, I'm looking for the most sonicly accurate and/or those who sound good as a reference.

I hv krk monitor in my acoustically treated room for mixing and mastering, no issue, but I am shifting to some other place for few months and I wanna continue my mixing and mastering but can't take setup along with me, so
is it possible to mix and master via headphone? I wanna do perfect mix n master which sounds perfect in any device.

Plz any one tell me, is it possible to mix the track with the midi keyboard (novation impulse 61) which has 9 faders and few knobs to control DAW.
And mastering too after that?

I am working on my first EP of original music right now. Chris has been mixing one of the songs for the past week, and in the mean time I have been editing and mixing another one. I have a working mix now, so I would like to see what you guys think of it:

This is actually a year old, but I am rehashing it for a new project and I took the time to remix it and use some newer. ( to me) techniques and tools. I'm just worried about it being too loud and too crowded by the end. I'd like some opinions. Thank you!
