what do you call your Composition: in a band situation for a SONG.



i think= if it is a song that includes bass, drums guitars or any other instrument harmonies and the person who wrote the chord structure, melody and all the instrument parts,and all his ideas are played exactly the way he wrote them.

Well, I'm sick of waiting for a band to come together, so I think I'm going to rely on some tracks in the meantime. What I was thinking about is getting the 1u rack mixer Rolls RM65, an effects processor probably a Lexicon MX200 or maybe a Digitech GNX4, and possibly a JBL EON G2 15".

wanting to record live music stages onto mac g4 please help

Hi thank you for any help as i am new to recording(this site rocks) I am a stage manager for a small production company and have only a mac g4 with digi pro 5 . 1)can I record right off a soundbaord with rca into mic jack and use digi pro? 2)what equipment and programs will i need to record a quality recording without the chance of losing a set?

vocals sound like a chipmunk or slow them down.



and what program do you use to make this happened.



i have cool edit pro and goldwave. do these work?



and does anyone know how to take vocals out of a song.
