For some reason my Nuendo 4 is not detecting my sound. I get out put to my speakers if i play music on itunes.

But now I'm trying to get the output sound to be recorded at the same time digitally... i did this one before (in nuendo 3) but now i can't seem to do it in nuendo 4.

I took some screen shots of my settings in hope someone can see the mistake.

A friend of mine asked me to make this threat.
This is question regarding Waves Soundshifter G offline.
I have Pro Tools and the same plugin works fine.
But when my friend installed it on Neundo and on Cubase the Soundshifter G offline doesn't appear in plugin insert list.
But when I go to Plug-in information I can see it.

I worked with Hans only briefly and a long time ago, but we share a common opinion about UAD plugs.
They really get very close to the real things... Even if they need a card to play on, somehow it is just more
sound in them then digital algorythms..

Anyone done comparisons between Nuendo and Sequoia?

I am thinking of getting BFD and already use Nuendo. While speaking to a friend the other day, he told me that there were compatibility issues with these two programs. Have any of you had experiences with Nuendo and BFD? If so, are there tips and tricks you would be willing to share. I really don't want to compromise Nuendo in any way. Thank you in advance for your time and knowledge.

For some reason my VST locations are scattered between 2 hard drives - although they all work, i want to make it neater but putting them all in one location.

How can i move them so that they will work in Nuendo - i see no where to change where nuendo looks for the dll to make sure the plugins work, so if i jut moved them it would not find the dll anymore.

Im ask for help abut spliting my keyboard {71 keye`s} by Cubase or nuendo software.
I want to split one trck to 3 zone`s and arrange 3 instrument`s [ like piano,bass, guitar in same track]
This request is for more comfortable when I useplay on my keyboard instead of searching and applying correct button`s

HI, i have a question. Im trying to hook up a Mackie control with nuendo and i've done everything the manual says, and i still couldn t make it work. Im using a Digi 002, and Mackie control works fine with Pro Tools. Did anyone had the same problem? Is there anything I'm missing?

Opinions on Nuendo working on Vista home premium SP1.I mean any issues,loading VSTi's etc.Or is it recommended to stick with Win XP.?

Hi guys, you know I bought a Digi 003 PT system a few months ago after using Nuendo for about 4 years. I noticed not only did my mixes improve using data from Nuendo sessions, but they improved even more when I used data from PT recorded sessions. They sound more open and there seems to be more headroom to work with. Has anyone noticed this at all?
