Oktava mic a maybe?

Hey, well while I am stuck in the very cheap pro-sumer (not even Shure if I am this high :o ) I figure I might as well make the best of it. I am looking for duel purpose mics for overheads, acoustic guitar, and vocals. Well thats three things but close enough. I have narrowed down the mics to either a R0DE NT-1A or a couple of Oktava MK319's.

Oktava ML52 ribbon mic

GC is blowin Oktava ML52's out at 200 bucks. Most people seem to be gawking at the 100 for MC012's, but I wanna know bout this one. Anyone used it? Is it worth having around cause it's a ribbon or is the money better in the bank saving for a royer? Does it have that ribbon "warmth" that is so often spoken of? I have a some condensers (rode, oktava, AT) and the regular dynamics.

schoeps mk41 vs. . Oktava mc01

IM a location sound engineer among other things and am looking at purchasing a hyper cardiod for interior dialogue recording .The schoeps with the mk41 hypercardiod head seems to be the established mic to use but ive heard good things about the octavia mc01 and the Sennheiser mkh50 .I was wondering if anyone had experiance with these mics.
