M-Audio Projectmix I/o and Pro Tools M-Powered
the m audio projectmix is a relatively new unit that i just found out about. i'm wondering if anyone has any experience on it and could compare it to the digi 002. my guess is that with half the price tag, the onboard pre's and converters can't be nearly as good as those in the digi002. but i'd be curious to know.
Best way to record ReWire into Pro Tools?
Hello all. I have a fairly simple question. I need to record ReWire into Pro Tools. I can hear my Reason beats but I'm having trouble actually getting them to record. Does anyone have a good way to do it? Thank you.

Cleaning up old analog material with Pro Tools transfer
Hi Everyone,
M-Audio Firewire 1814 vs. . Digi 002r using Pro Tools
Hello all,
I am currently considering purchasing either the 1814 or the 002r and using M-Powered PT or PT LE respectively. I am wondering if anyone here might know of limitations or drawbacks to M-Powered PT (I heard it was exactly the same as LE).
Pro Tools: 2 audio sources fall out of sync
Hello there,
I am a Pro Tools LE user and am trying to sych 2 sources of audio.
Audio Source 1 is from a Mini Disk
Audio Source 2 is from a DV camera (imported into Pro Tools via 'Import Audio from Movie' function)

Pro Tools and VST?
Hey there
This may be a really dumb question but I'm gonna ask anyway.
I'm a radio producer, and I use soundscape at the station; however, One of the other producers here uses Pro Tools and loves it. Well I've played with it and really like it too so I'm planning on getting a Digi 002 for my home studio.

Pro Tools, Logic Audio, Digital Performer ?
Of these three sequencers, I see many complainings about the first two, for uncompatibility with drivers, for a bug somewhere, for this and that etc... almost never do we see the same things with DP...
Does that mean that DP users are really few ? a happy few then ? Or is it because DP is more taken care of when produced ?

Pro Tools - Annoying "Plugin Expired" Boxes
Whenever I launch Pro Tools, there are like 5-6 of the "Plugin Expired" Boxes that pop up (for trial versions of things like DV Toolkit, Broadband Noise Reduction, Vocalign Project, etc) and it will stop loading until either "authorize" or "quit" is pressed. It's so annoying because it puts a damper on the loading process. I'm sure there's a way around this..

PROTOOLS AND MACKIE ONYX
Increasing fidelity and system fliexibility is the need of the hour.
My work and my investment requires me to be capable of handling the following audio situations.
1. Studio recording with 16 simultaneos tracks at 16 bit 44.1 Khz.
2. Live recording with 16 simultaneous tracks preferably thru a compact source like a Firewire into a laptop.
