WIRELESS VIOLIN
Whichsetup (mic/transmitter/receiver) would you recommend for a Violin?
The idea is to spend about U$S 300-600
Would you think something really good would be on that price range?
I found Audio-technica ATM350cW U$S 149.97 with Audio-technica ATW-211 U$S 299.974.
What do you think about this setup?
Thank you
eFe

Mic preamp compressor limiter? Singing Drummer w/wireless HS
Hi everyone,
We have a female singing into a Sennheiser wireless headset. The dynamic range is just too much to be on a stationary mic attached to her head.
This is a rock band and has a pretty loud sound. She has some soul on some songs and some songs she sings more backup. Very dynamic range.

"It’s getting noisy out there. The FCC changeover to digital television and reallocation of the 700MHz band will bring a rush of newcomers into the bands currently utilized by the professional AV industry. The license auctions begin in January, 2008, and the battle lines have been drawn.

Wireless Guitar Units
Just curious, what units do you use/recommend? And do guys know if there is anything else like the guitarbug, but higher quality? (I Have a feeling i am going to end up having to use a clip on belt transmitter or something, but still would prefer something that just goes right where the guitar input jack is)
Thanks! I wanna move on to wireless =D

help me choose a pro dual handheld wireless system, plz :)
hello guys!
my friend's running a karaoke cafe bar that includes a live computer-based recording system.
current wireless handheld system:
(i believe) a Shure t288 dual handheld wireless w/ 2 sm58 or pg58 mikes.
the problem he has now is that when recording, the wireless signal often drops out and the quality is not that good.
Live Wireless Vocal Microphones...
Greetings!
We are in need of live wireless vocal mics. We have a group that sings two-three times a week at our church and they normally have six or seven vocalists.
Right now they drag cables across the stage and things get bunched up, not to mention some of our microphones are on their last legs.

Not recording, but... live wireless vocals.
I'm working on a show that goes up in three weeks. It's my second musical, though I've designed/run other shows at school, and I'm having difficulty mixing the wireless mic's well. It just sounds really hollow, and it's peaking very easily with the trim pretty far down and the fader at about half volume.

Wireless Headphones for loopback?
Hello all, I would like to know if anyone is using wireless headphones for sendback/loopback monitoring in a studio environment? I'm very skeptical myself, simply because of the possibillity of interference, and possible issues with added signal-delay from the receiver.

Monitoring/recording with headphones- even wireless?
hey peeps,
this concerns the "recording" proccess of the project and not really the playback/monitoring (you wouldnt get a very "truthful" sound image from headphones would ya'?).
basically- i am recording my vocalist tommorow- problem being that the neighbours are in and i think i deafened them today while recording guitars!
