What would be the cheapest way for me to record what i play on my guitar and put onto my pc in WAV Format?

I have this sound card: http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/page/shop/fl...product_id/3844

Could someone please help me my mate gave me one of these ( http://www.zzounds.com/item--ZOMMRS4 ) to sell for him, but I'm thinkin of buying it to record but I'm not too sure if its worth it.
Is there any cheaper method to record, and obviously i would like the recording to be at least 44kHz?
Any ideas, or suggested buys?

btw, the guitar isn't pre-amped.

Save someone today, been posting this everywhere with no responses anywhere!

But hey, even without, at the most basic level, just buy a 1/4inch to a 1/8inch converter plug and plug your guitar into the soundcard and fire up windows sound recorder.

However, that's not going to do anyone any good, so inbetween the guitar and the PC, put the zoom multi track. Now you can (in theory) monitor the output of the multi track through the PC Speakers and such.
To transfer the audio from tape (i think, only glanced at the picure in the ZZsounds page), just set up a new track in any recording software and hit record while hitting play on the tape. Providing the multitracker is connected to an input on the PC, you're sorted.

Again, i had to go for msot basic level cause the dolphin music link doesn't work so funno what connectors you have on the soundcard.

Searching product I.D at Dolphin music, i foudn

http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/?keyword=3844&Search=Go&page=shop%2Fsearch_results&manufacturer_id=0

What you can do, Is put standard 1/4inch cables (guitar leads) from left and right output of the multitracker to the left and right INPUT of the soundcard.

This will give you a stereospectrum when monitoring and allow you to record a tereotrack in your recording software on the PC.
