We have just upgraded our two sound card on the pcs in both radio studios at our college (m audio delt h/Ws) .

Now the studio running an earlier version of cool edit is fine. The other running version 2.00 now has an annoying bleep which is recorded every 30secs on the timeline and track.

Any idea why ? and how we can get rid of it. Spoke to my tech who doesnt know why neither and holding up students work with bleep every 30" 1' 1'30" . . on their work.
