Hi there,I am a bit confused as to which type plugins can be used with PARIS ...I have 2.5 software,with ADAT card and 24-bit in mod..I have some VST stuff that works OK,but wonder about other types.

I had this single ART Tube MP and I liked its sound (and price, now we can find it at $75). When I was about to purchase some ART rackmountable gear, I found something courious I can't understand even re-reading each product's spec.

Anybody know of a good compression plugin of the DX or VST type that has side-chain capability?

I am having trouble recording vocals, and I have some questions that somebody on this forum may be able to answer. I would appreciate any help.
Here is what I've been trying.
I have an AKG3000b to my preamp inserted thru my compressor(after the preamp), to my DAW.

i've been switching gears into electronic/dance/club/disco/trance/etc. music within my studio. now i've been asked to play keyboards and do my studio thing with an interesting rock band.
also, another group more electronic/loop related is getting formed with gig ptoential.

For $500? Okay, I only have one small condensor mic, which is the ever-unpopular AKG C1000S. And I definitely want something for recording acoustic guitar. One mic would be enough if I also used a large condensor pointed behind the bridge. But I suppose having a matched pair would come in useful someday especially if I wanted to put them up in front of a drum kit.

I have a Sound Blaster live digital right now, and I'm about to get an RME 9636 hammerfall card LINK, and I was wondering if I could (hopefully) just replace my Sound Blaster. Just to free up another PCI port and all. Will it play sound from games and DVD's and CD's just as well and everything? Or is it JUST geared towards pro audio stuff? Thanks for helping me out.

Has anyone here had any experience with using balanced power transformers to get clean power to their entire setup? I'm looking at units from Furman and Equi=tech but I'm new to the area. I have 60Hz hum running through my lines like mad and I don't want to filter it out because of the entailed signal degradation.

I'm looking for the manual of an EMT 252 Digital Reverb. Can anybody maybe copy this for me or give me a hint, where I can get a copy ?

I have the version with the 250ies algorithms.
