I was just wondering if you have worked with VoiVod or Martyr.Two heeaavvyy bands from your area that absolutely smoke.

I am doing research on the subject of Mastering for 5.1 channel delivery. I need help finding information on the subject. I'm looking for links to web published papers on the subject, books and articles. If you are a mastering engineer with experience on the subject I would like to interview you. Ok today I got a hold of two Avalon 737 mic preamps processors on a great bargin, question is with my delta 1010, soundcraft m12 mixer, good mics and Cubase and nuendo will I be able to get pro results with the equipment I have. Or will I have to dump the delta 1010. thanks

I'm considering one and would appreciate opinions on this mic from anyone who has used it.

Digi 001
OMS
Freemidi

What works:

I can play back midi files from DP3 through the QS8. When I test midi config in both OMS and FreeMidi everthing looks ok.

BTW, my OMS config works perfectly with PTLE 5.1.

What is not working:

A query here about getting from 24 bit 44.1 kHz sessions to 16 bit 44.1 kHz files.

Usually I BTD the session and import into a 24 bit session where I use mastering software and lastly POW-r dither on the master fader, then I bounce to a 16 bit file.
