I just got this cuz it cam with a CD-RW I bought and to my surprise it comes with a wave editor. I poked around and saw some familiar features.

Has anyone tried this program? Is it capable of some decent mastering work?

Hey RO'ers it's been a long time, does anybody out there use Izotope Ozone Mastering software? If so would you be willing to share your authorization code with me so that I an use the demo version? I am a struggling producer and just can't afford to buy the product right now. So if you would be willing to help a brother out I would greatly appreciate it.

Hey Im very new to mastering and I know it takes awhile to learn. But what are the basics to mastering? See I have been mixing for years and my mixes come good but now I want to move on to learn how to master. So what do I start with? EQing, Reverb are those the basics?

If you do not mind your secrets being known, tell us about your mastering process. What steps do you take, what software do you use ?

The band I'm recording wants a hidden or bonus track at the end of the CD. For lack of a better number, they chose a 3 minute spacing after the last track. That seems long to me.

Is there a standard? I've seen spacing times range from 1 to 6 minutes. What do you all do?
