Need the controller preset for ZED-R16 in Sonar.

I recently got the ZED-R16 board. I really like it so far. I am still trying to set it up as a midi controller and I saw where Cakewalk had made some presets for it as a controller. However their links are broken on their website and I wondered if anybody here used this product with Sonar and could send me the file.

Thanks.

Reason Rewire through Pro Tools M-Powered 8

I'm running a rewired Reason 4 instance through Pro Tools M-Powered 8 to use the Reason 4 instruments. On this current project, I'm only using one Reason instrument (ReDrum) but I want to add more and use the Pro Tool effects on each on the tracks individually. Here's how it's set up currently.

General Advice On Mixing Metal In Logic 8

Hey,
Only just joined this forum and already found some of the threads very handy, but need a bit of extra advice on some mixing in Logic 8.
I run full Logic 8 on a Powermac G5, using Toontrack Superior 2.0 (The Metal Foundry SDX) for drums.
Have recorded all guitars with a close-mic'd SM57 (top right cone of Orange cab) and placed an SE2200A about 6ft away.

PreSonus Studio One Pro and the 64 bit processing engine

I am wondering if anyone else here has the new Stduio One Pro by PreSonus. I have to admit the software has an amazing workflow and I just recorded a new songwriter and the quality was the cleanest I had ever heard. Now it comes in 2 versions the Pro and the Artist. I am using the Pro which is 64 bit.

Problems with Cubase 5 & Alesis Multimix 8 USB

I cannon get Cubase 5 to recognize my Alesis Multimix 8 USB. (Please note that it is not the USB 2.0 model.)

I have tried visiting the Alesis website to download ASIO drivers, however there are none available for this board, as it is a plug n play device. The board included a copy of Cubase 4 le, so I am assuming that it SHOULD be compatible with Cubase 5.

Maybe a dumb question... PCM cards + plugins... possible?

Okay so I'm not really sure how to word this correctly... but I'm trying to find a solution to getting some of the load off my CPU when Im mixing. I've already begun using an external to save my tracks too, which helped mostly in keeping my internal hard drive free. But I'm having a hell of a time mixing a full project. Im using a Macbook Pro with 4 gigs of ram, core 2 duo.
