what is the best way to set up krk monitors for my computer and roland fantom? Thanks alot!

Hello all, this is more of just a curiosity question rather than something in my near future. I have heard it is possible to connect another interface to your digi 002 rack to add more input channels, but I'm not 100% sure. assuming it's possible, how would I go about linking them? would pro tools recognize it? For now, I was looking at a Firepod, or a MOTU 8 pre firewire. Thanks!

I currently own an api 3124, an Avalon 737 and universal 1176. Im looking for a transistor pre that i can also well use for recording vocals cause i think the api is to punchy. I tried a Neve 1073 and think it sounds awesome but its to pricy, so they told me the AMEK 9098 was a colorfull pre that could work.

I'm really new into audio recording field. Currently I want to setup a 4-channel simultaneous recording (I'm buying CoreSound's TetraMic which only works if the four mic channels are recorded simultaneously).

I'm looking for pre-amp to interface the mics and the manufacturer suggested MOTU Traveler. Some things are dark to me:

So i'm looking to purchase an mbox minijust do do some small stuff with for my own enjoyment and noticed that it has 2 channels but only one xlr.

I really wanted to hook up 2 mics to it to roughly record band practices and live church sessions so that I can listen after and learn from it.

I am using windows XP Home on my acer aspire 5630 lap top, each time I try to install my Tascam with the 1.03 updater it crashes on me. I installed windows Xp home as a second operating system so that i can run my Tascam 122L, but unfortunately i wasted my money :( I believe it could be a driver that is installed on my laptop thats causing the crash but I'm unsure of it.

when i record into Pro Tools it seems like I'm not making the best of my input gain. i have my first 8 channels going into my 002 via the ADAT light pipe and then i have another 4 channels going into the 4 line level inputs, not the pre's. I'm not using those..
